Honey
All of our crops require the pollination services of honey bees. We own in excess of 100 hives. Many of these hives are at the orchard; however, most are on farms located within Montgomery County. Our hives are inspected and registered by the Ohio Department of Agriculture. In a normal year we will process approximately 4,000 pounds of pure natural honey. Local honey is considered to have more health benefits when compared to honey purchased at the grocery store which is often imported from a foreign country. Most of our honey is sold at the orchard with the surplus being sold to local health food stores.
Our honey is sold both with and without the honeycomb. It is available in many different sizes for the convenience of our customer's.
