Current Apples (as of Sept 10th)

The Idared apple is a tart, juicy, and firm apple variety developed in Idaho in 1942 from a cross between Jonathan and Wagener apples. Known for its vibrant red skin and white flesh, it holds its shape well when cooked, making it an excellent choice for baking pies, cakes, and sauces. Idared apples also store well for extended periods and can be eaten fresh or added to salads.
Ida Red

Known for its cold hardiness, tart flavor, and tender white flesh, making it ideal for eating raw, cooking, and making applesauce.
McIntosh

Known for its balance of sweet and tart flavors, crisp texture, and versatility in cooking and baking.
Jonathan

Known for its sweet-tart, crisp, white-fleshed apples that are excellent for fresh eating, cooking, and cider.
